Limited Warranty
APR Industries Inc. ("APR", "us", "we", or "our") warrants that the G CAN® (hereinafter referred to as the "G CAN®" or "Product") will be free of defects in materials and workmanship. This Warranty extends for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase of the Product (the "Warranty Period") by the Purchaser ("Purchaser", "you"). All warranties apply only to the original Purchaser. This Warranty does not apply to, and no warranty remedy will be given for, Product issues resulting from: (a) accident, acts of nature, unreasonable or improper use, lack of proper maintenance, unauthorized repairs or modifications, abuse, or other causes not directly arising from defects in materials or workmanship; (b) any Product damaged by the failure of the owner to use, maintain, or store the Product as specified in any applicable instructions and/or warnings on the Product and product operating instructions.
Our Warranty coverage applies to Product purchased online at www.gcan.com and to Product purchased at an authorized retailer/reseller. Our Warranty coverage does not apply to Products purchased from unauthorized retailers/resellers.
Should the Product be defective during the Warranty Period, APR will, at its option, replace the Product or part thereof that proves defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials or fails under normal operating conditions. If APR is unable to replace the original Product or part, APR will replace it with a similar product of equal or greater value (the "Replacement Product). Any Replacement Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.
The G CAN® has been designed and certified for use with GASOLINE AND GASOLINE MIXED WITH OIL AND/OR FUEL STABILIZERS ONLY. USE OF THE G CAN® WITH ANY LIQUID OTHER THAN GASOLINE OR GASOLINE MIXED WITH OIL AND/OR FUEL STABILIZERS WILL NULLIFY AND VOID THE WARRANTY.
MODIFYING OR DISASSEMBLING ANY PART OF THE G CAN®, INCLUDING THE G CAN® NOZZLE, WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.

Limitation of Liability
EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, APR MAKES NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. APR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL APR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR PROFITS, DIMINUTION IN VALUE OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. IN THE EVENT WARRANTIES EXIST AT LAW THAT MAY NOT BE DISCLAIMED, YOU AGREE THAT SUCH WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ONE YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD AND TO THE REPLACEMENT VALUE OF THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL APR’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS WARRANTY, WHETHER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO BREACH OF CONTRACT OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED THE TOTAL OF THE AMOUNTS PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

EPA and ASTM
APR warrants that the Product manufactured for sale in the U.S. conforms to EPA Regulation 40 CFR 59.623 and ASTM International (American Society for Testing and Materials International) (F2517-17 "Child Resistant" and "Senior Use Effectiveness").
EMISSION CONTROL INFORMATION - The Product manufactured for sale in the U.S. comply with the U.S. EPA emission regulations for portable fuel containers (40 CFR PART 59).
THE EMISSION WARRANTY IS VALID FOR A MINIMUM OF ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. -
Definitions
- "Used Product" is defined as Product that has been exposed to or filled with gasoline.
- "Unused Product" is defined as Product that has not been exposed to or filled with gasoline.

Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number
Any Unused Product to be returned to us requires a RMA number. If the returned Product does not have a RMA number, we reserve the right to refuse:
- receipt of the returned Product;
- to refund the purchase price; and/or
- to replace the Unused Product that is defective.

Warranty Claims
Warranty Claims apply to Product that is Defective.
To initiate a Warranty Claim during the Warranty Period, the Purchaser must complete and submit a form online at gcan.com/warranty with information required by APR to validate the claim or contact us by email at warranty@gcan.com.
The information required when claiming warranty coverage includes the following:
- Name, telephone number, email of the Purchaser
- Proof of purchase (purchase receipt with date)
- Product Serial Number (indicated on the Product)
- Description (with photo) of the defect/issue
- Valid delivery address for shipment of the Replacement Product
Warranty Claim of Unused Product that is Defective.
APR requires Unused Product that is defective to be returned to APR. Once the above information has been submitted and upon validation of the claim, we will provide the following:- Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number (see section 5. for details)
- Instructions for the return of the Unused Product
APR reserves the right to request additional information and/or inspect the Product subject to a Warranty Claim to determine, at its sole discretion, if the Purchaser’s claim is covered by this Warranty.
Once your Warranty Claim has been processed and approved, Replacement Product will be shipped to your delivery address.
Any Replacement Product will be shipped prepaid within Continental U.S. Additional shipping charges may apply outside Continental U.S.B. ADDITIONAL TERMS APPLICABLE TO RETURNS
DUE TO SAFETY AND TRANSPORTATION REGULATIONS, WE CANNOT APPROVE THE SHIPMENT NOR ACCEPT THE RETURN OF ANY PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN EXPOSED TO OR FILLED WITH GASOLINE.

Return of Unused Product for Refund
Unused Product that was purchased on www.gcan.com can be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase for a refund, subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price.
Purchasers are responsible for paying the shipping costs of their returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will not refund or be responsible for any items that were lost in shipping during the return and never arrived to us. We encourage you to use a shipping service that offers tracking services on shipments.
Unused Product must be in a sellable condition and returned in its original box with original printed materials (and with accessories if applicable) and will be subject to the satisfactory inspection of the Product by APR.
For return inquiry, the Purchaser must complete and submit a form online at gcan.com/warranty with information required by APR to validate the claim or contact us by email at returns@gcan.com.
The information required when making a product return inquiry includes the following:- Name, telephone number, email of the Purchaser
- Proof of purchase (purchase receipt with date)
- Product Serial Number (indicated on the Product)
Once the above information has been submitted and upon approval of the refund, APR will provide the following:

- Instructions for the return of the Unused Product
APR reserves the right to request additional information and/or inspect the Product subject to a return inquiry to determine, at its sole discretion, if the refund is approved.
A credit will be issued to your credit card for approved refunds. -
Notice of Change
Instructions for the return of the Product or related to warranty claims may change from time to time. Please ensure instructions are acquired directly from APR Customer Support.
